| Sports day was on the other day at school - i did the 100 meters in 12.6 seconds and the 1500 in 5.45 minuets. It was really fun.. i came 3rd in the 100 meter race in the final and 4th (out of about 50 other boys) in the 1500!
Anyone else do athletics or running?

I recently (yesterday) had to go on a total of 3 km run with full webbing (webbing is like a back pack but on a belt with lots of pockets) with a Cadet GP Rifle and full combat uniform (and heavy boot's) at the same time we were being shot at by enemy ( just blank shots  ) and had to shoot back at them - we also had to keep on jumping to the ground to save our self's!!!!
Try that out then tell me how you fell! (( i was >>  ))
